Our Family!
Nate, Jo, C.J. and Aidy

This is Us, our Family!

Nate and I met at USU and were married a year later. We stayed in Logan until Nate finished his degree, then we moved to Davis County. We lived in several different cities in Davis County. While there our family grew also and now we have our 2 handsome little boys. They are our life and we our so very happy to have them! They make everyday fun and exciting! We are now living in Vernal and loving it! Each day is an adventure and full of energy thanks to our boys! I have the blessing to be at home with Corbin and Aidan everyday thanks to my hard working Husband. I love being a Mom and a Wife! I love my family more than anything! This blog is a collection of our lives and our family love story. Happy Blogging!

Our Memorial Day Weekend!

While we were home alone, with Nate gone to New Mexico with work, the Boys and I had fun swimming in our yard and playing at our house. We then had a very fun weekend, spending time with family! Saturday we spent the day celebrating our Great Grandmother's 90th Birthday and celebrating what an awesome Lady she is! We Love Grandma "Grape" and she is such a great example of good! I hope we can all learn from her and try to be like her. We also were able to spend some time with Nate's family, and cousins, aunts, uncles, it was nice to see everyone again. Sunday, we went and listened to my Mom give a great talk on blessings and working hard for what you want. My Dad was just released from the Bishopric and the Wives were asked to speak on the blessings they had during that time. Mom, you're right about the blessings we've had in our family and I'm so grateful for all of them! We then spent the day playing at Grandpa and Grandma's house with Chloe, Jerry and Katie. Later in the evening, we visited Graves of my Grandparents, Great, Great Grandparents and Aunt Uvene; with my family. Monday, Nate and I went on a lunch date while his Mom tended our Boys. It was a big date to Sam's Club and to run errands, but it was still way fun to be out with my Honey! We had lunch at a steakhouse in Layton called "Corbin's" and it was way good! No relation to our Corbin "dang-it!", so no discount either. Anyway we really recommend it if you like good steaks, bugers, sandwiches and salads. After our date we went and packed up, then went to visit graves of Nate's sibilings Matt and Melissa and his Grandpa with his family. Afterward, we drove back home to our house here in Vernal. This week has been just catching up on house and yard work and staying home playing. I finally got our garden planted, Yeah! Oh, while we were at my parents on Sunday, I found a way to keep my boys from fighting over "the red swing" why not put them in it together. A little together bonding time never hurt siblings, right? I think we will have a lot better time taking turns from now on. They didn't seem to think it was as good of an idea as I did!
